• The Baratza Virtuoso+ Burr Grinder is our go-to grinder for the Ratio Eight coffee maker in our offices. We set it to 20 and forget about it. (Well, we don't forget about it - because we use it 3-4 times a day).
• The Virtuoso+ is the same grinder that Baratza has reliably produced for many years, but with the addition of a very simple timer switch on the front with a crisp digital display of the grind time. The 40 second timer allows for a repeatable dose.
• Baratza has also added a subtle white LED light to the grounds hopper so you can easily see how much coffee has been dosed.
• Solidly stable, the Virtuoso+ is relatively quiet in part due to the lower motor speed, operating at a third of the RPM of many other competitors. Change grind settings with ease and attain grind stability, day after day. Taking up little counter real estate, this is the device for the serious coffee drinker who seeks the commercial quality grinding performance of conical burrs.
